Peterson has been part of Sandler since the 2011 Santa Lucia Highlands blend, and has been a single vineyard Pinot for Sandler since 2012. It's always Sandler's lightest in color, but most aromatically-pleasing Pinot of the line up. 2018 was Peterson's finest year since the inaugural 2012. John Peterson owns the vineyard, and Ruben Balderas does all of the farming.
